Goodcity has partnered with AIFI (Apparel Industry
Foundation, Inc.) to bring to you "The Business of Fashion" - A
comprehensive educational seminar series of 8 sessions, led by top industry
professionals, that addresses the challenges facing fashion and sewn products
industry entrepreneurs. The goal of these professional seminars is to help
designers and entrepreneurs create and polish their
management, marketing and business skills, plus special seminars for this
special group.

Applicants will present their sketches
and at least a five piece finished collection to the Apparel Board. The
top 10 applicants will be given the opportunity to attend the development
series of workshops valued at over $3000 at no cost to them. We are
seeking potential designers whose ultimate goal is to market their fashion
label for distribution.
